General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ek666 platform and all related services. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this platform.

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one ek666 account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, the ek666 authority reserves the right to close all accounts and confiscate any deposited funds.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration — name, date of birth, address, mobile number — must be true and accurate. Providing incorrect or false information may result in the account being cancelled at any time, and any winnings due may be withheld or confiscated.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported immediately to [email protected]. The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on the account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Limits & Methods

The minimum deposit amount on ek666 is ৳100 (one hundred taka), applicable across all methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party accounts or cards will be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Prevention of Misuse

Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, ek666 may be obligated to report information to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ek666 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳26,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be placed before winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• ek666 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• In any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of the ek666 authority is final.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be considered accepted only after confirmation by the ek666 system. Bets not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.

6.2 Bet Modification & Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be modified or cancelled. However, ek666 reserves the right to cancel any bet due to technical errors or incorrect data display.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on sports events including cricket, football, and kabaddi, the specific rules for each sport will apply. It is recommended that you read the terms for the relevant sport before placing bets on ek666.

6.4 VIP Program

There are three VIP tiers on ek666: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback of up to 0.3% applies at the Bronze tier, up to 0.5% at Silver, and up to 0.8% at Gold. Progression to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek666 platform:

• Operating an account through fraud, deception, or any other illegal means.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers by opening multiple accounts.
• Exploiting errors or vulnerabilities in the platform's system.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to artificially control betting outcomes through collusion (match-fixing).
• Operating an account on behalf of minors (those under 21 years of age).

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure, confiscation of all deposited funds and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

Intellectual Property & Content

All content on the ek666 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and games — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ek666 or its licensors. Users may only use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes.

No content from ek666 may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. Any attempt to modify or alter the platform's design or functionality is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

ek666 provides its services as an entertainment platform. ek666 will not be liable for any financial loss resulting from use of the platform if it arises from the following:

• Bets not being confirmed due to loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
• Loss due to the user's own negligence or error.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Identity or age verification not completed.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 Closure by the User
